We are half way through 2011 and I’m thinking back to the beginning of the year and the “life-force” that has guided me and embraced me these last 6 months.
I’m reflecting on the week I spent in a cottage on the North Norfolk coast.
I was called to go there, it was exactly what I needed to do and the gift of that week is still supporting me…
In tai chi, it is said that the spirit of the eyes leads the mind and the mind leads the chi. When you open your eyes, you open your mind and your energy flows…
How much time do we spend focused on small thoughts and daily worries, operating in a strictly limited space?
How much time do we spend in front of computers, televisions, or screens of one form or another, unblinking, unthinking, totally focussed on that small square directly in front of us for our thoughts and our energy…
What if we were to release ourselves from our habitual narrow vision and open our eyes to a wider perspective, a wider energy, a more expansive view of ourselves?
That’s what my week in Norfolk was all about.
Physically experiencing the wide vistas, the huge skies, the flat open expanses of beach and water; living, breathing and feeling the incredible energy of this landscape was magical.
Seeing the beauty and allowing it in, feeling the power and opening my heart to the immensity and simplicity of this energy was an inspiration.
I have shifted as a person, and I know there is much more to come. My energy is still flowing and I feel even more unstoppable than I did 6 months ago!
So, how much would you like to invite this energy into your life and how much are you blocking it from coming to you?
Well, the good news is, you don’t have to seclude yourself in Norfolk to connect with your energy – although, if it appeals to you, I highly recommend it.
But, you do have to step into your own inner power and allow the amazing energy that is yours in unlimited amounts to flow. Now is the time to give yourself that gift…

I think this is one of the most important information for me. And im glad reading your article. Good job, cheers
