It’s been one of those days… lots of mental activity, working things out and planning.

I’m beginning to feel paralysed┬áby all that needs to be done!

That’s when I know I need to take a step back and get out of my head space because staying there is not helping, in fact it’s hindering.

I seek out water… lakes and oceans, in particular, but I’ve even been known to take a shower if that’s the only readily available option!

What takes you out of your head space and helps restore your calm?
